Enjoy this weekend retreat for nature therapy walk and Kumquat picking & cooking!


This winter, regulate your lungs energy by focusing on breathing

in a beautiful nature environment and enjoy Kumquat picking at farm.

We will cook Kumquats together and take them home for you to make

a Kumquat tea daily for many months.


Kumquat is a small citrus fruits that is known to support the immune system,

helps the respiratory tract, digestion and the skin and also helps the nervous system.

It is said that one Kumquat a day is great way to nourish your lungs.


Nourish your respiratory tract from outside with Forest Bathing & Qi Gong Exercise.

Nourish your lungs from inside with Kumquat Tea !

• There is no refund or reduction in cost if you do not participate an activities.  

• There is no refund or reduction in cost if you arrive later or leave earlier.    

• Late bookings are subject to the room availability.

• If facilitator cancel the retreat for unforeseen reason, a refund will be given minus $25 administration cost.

Autumn Retreat - May 2021


Angela Zhu was born in Beijing and followed in the footsteps of her grandfather, father and mother to become a third generation Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner.
For more than 40 years she has practiced in China, Bosnia, Croatia, Sweden and has been in practice and teaching in Australia since 1992.

Angela has taught at Sydney TCM College, University of NSW, NIDA and Confucius College, Campbelltown Hospital Mental Health Unit and Community Centres.


She teaches Medical Qi Gong and Tai Chi (Taiji) and gives workshops especially for Mental and Senior Health Programmes.
